Good Morning!
Please remember to email me your attendance.
I hope we are all still hanging in there!
Please check out these activities and ideas for the children today. These are suggested activities to do with the kids if you are looking for something more than what was sent home in the tote. Don’t forget to take frequent breaks and get outdoors as much as you can!
If you have sent me pictures of your kids, I want to thank you! Please keep them coming. I really do miss them all! I would love to see what they are up to during the day and how they are coming along, so please share away!
As always, please do not hesitate to reach out. I want to help in any way I can. Please tell me if I can support you better or if there is something that you think would be helpful at this time. Email me if you feel you need to customize their schedule or if there are things you are unsure about.

Balloon Tennis-use a paper towel roll to hit a balloon back and forth
Sensory: “Oobleck”
- 2 cups cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- (optional) Food coloring
- How to Make Oobleck: Step-by-Step Instructions
- 1. Mix 2 cups of cornstarch to 1 cup of water into a bowl. Mix the cornstarch and water until your oobleck is formed.
- 2. If you find the mixture is a little too watery and not forming into a solid when you pull the oobleck out of your bowl then add more cornstarch. If you find the mixture is not dripping like a liquid, add a little more water. Just keep experimenting until you find the right consistency.
Remember to READ, READ, READ!
Reading Tip: Mood is an important factor in listening. Give your child some time to settle down. Be calm and relaxed to create a positive reading experience.
