Here are some activities you can do with the kids today if you are looking for something extra. These are stressful times but there is no need to add more to your plate. Please do whatever you can with your child but there is no need to push them beyond what they can handle. This is quite different for them as well but a sense of security and familiarity can go a long way. Use your best judgement and reach out to me at any time.
Sensory Activity:
Give a baby doll a bath in your sink. Use soap to make the water bubbly! There are so many opportunities for language in such a simple activity. No reason to rush through anything-take your time and splash and play in the water.
