Week 2, Day 10
March 27, 2020
We made it through 2 weeks! Thank you for being available and receptive during this Flexible Learning period.
Please remember that there is no “school” on Monday 3/30. The students will not have to be checked in for attendance. Please know that the blog is always available so that you can revisit any date for the resources listed there.
Here is a website I came across that has so many free printable activity sheets for pre-k and beyond! You can explore the site and if you’d like some help in choosing the right ones for your child just let me know! I’ll pick some that are appropriate for him or her!

I have been looking for some videos that would show the best ways to interact with your child while reading. I found this one to be extremely well put together and really informative. It is a bit lengthy but worth the watch! If you need ideas on how to connect and engage with your child so they learn to love books, then be sure to check it out! I also really like the video because she is a speech therapist and clearly loves working with children. It seems she primarily works with toddlers but these tips will help preschool and kindergarten students as well! You can check out a lot of her videos on youtube and I will be sharing them here as well because it turns out she is a great resource to have!

If you are finding that you are having difficulty getting your child to do one thing or another, and would like some guidance, please reach out. We can work together to come up with some things that may work!
If there is something you’d like to see on my blog please let me know and I can provide it to you. I don’t want to post things that would not be useful for your children.
Have a nice weekend and hope to hear from you all next week.
Thank you!
