Tuesday
Week 3, Day 11
I hope you all had a nice weekend. Hopefully pretty soon there will be sunny days ahead for us! Here is a list of some activities to try today. If you have trouble with any of them please let me know and I can help.
Gross Motor:
Here is a slide show I found that you and your child (or children) can play along with. Just follow the instructions on the slides! Click “present” at the top right to view full screen.

Fine Motor:
DIY name puzzle
Write your child’s name on a piece of paper and then cut it into pieces (each letter) so that he or she has to put the name puzzle back together. You can make the letters different colors to practice color recognition. Be sure to trace over each letter with their pointer finger and encourage them to try to make the letters on their own-on paper, with chalk, q-tip and water, etc.
Sensory:
Fish tank bag

Remember to also visit the “It’s Learning Time” tab on this site as well. You can be doing these things daily with your kids to keep them familiar with our songs and movement!
Here is Miss Melinda’s music class! Remember that you may play this as often as you like throughout the week!
